Our commitment

We do not send unsolicited bulk email, and we do not permit anyone to promote this website using it. We contact a small number of businesses we have specifically researched and believe we can help, and we stop the moment anyone asks us to.

How we contact businesses

We send business-to-business messages to contractors and home service companies. Every message we send:

• Goes to a business we researched individually. We review the company's public website and Google Business Profile before contacting them, and the message references what we actually found.
• Goes to a business address only. We do not email consumer addresses or personal accounts.
• Says who we are. Every message identifies us by name, includes our physical postal address and phone number, and uses accurate sender information and subject lines.
• Gives a clear way to stop. Every message tells the recipient exactly how to opt out, in plain language.
• Is sent in low volume by real people. Replies come to a person at this company, not an unmonitored mailbox.

What we never do

• We do not buy, rent, harvest, or scrape email lists.
• We do not use false or misleading sender names, subject lines, or headers.
• We do not pay affiliates or third parties to promote this website by email, and we do not permit anyone to do so on our behalf.
• We do not sell or share the contact details of anyone we email.

How to stop hearing from us

Reply to any message with “no thanks” — or with any indication that you would rather not hear from us — and we will stop.

We honor opt-out requests the same business day in practice, well inside the ten business days required by the CAN-SPAM Act. Opt-outs are recorded centrally and suppressed across every domain, brand, and sender we operate, so a single request ends all contact from us permanently. Reporting a violation

If you receive a message that appears to come from us and does not follow this policy, please tell us at matt@whylearntech.com. We want to know — a forged or spoofed message using our name is a problem for us too, and we investigate every report.
