What messages we send

Build 4 Contractors sends conversational text messages related to a request you started: a text-back when you call our business line and we cannot answer, replies to questions you text us, follow-ups on a website or audit request you submitted, and appointment confirmations or reminders. We do not send promotional message blasts.

How consent is collected

You opt in to receive texts from us in one of three ways:

  1. You call us. If you call our business number, (877) 557-2552, and we miss your call, you hear this menu before any text is sent, and pressing 1 is your consent to receive the text:
    “Build 4 Contractors — sorry we missed you. Press 1 to get a text from us to collect your info. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP anytime. Press 2 to leave your details with our automated assistant. Press 3 to leave a voicemail.”
    If you don't press anything, we send the text described above; pressing 2 connects you to our voice assistant and pressing 3 takes a voicemail — neither sends a text.
  2. You text us first. Texting our business number starts a conversation, and we reply to the number you texted from.
  3. You submit a form or chat on this website. Our audit request form and chat assistant ask for your phone number and display this notice before you submit: “By submitting, you agree to receive text messages from Build 4 Contractors about your request. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”

Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us immediately. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at matt@whylearntech.com or (877) 557-2552. Message frequency varies based on your request. Message and data rates may apply.

Your information

Phone numbers and text messaging opt-in consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Messages are delivered through our service providers solely to operate this messaging program. See our Privacy Policy for details.
